The Association of Meat Inspectors Trust are pleased to announce that this year we will be returning to Harper Adams University for our 60th Annual Seminar. The event will be held from Friday September 12th to Sunday September 14th, 2025.

The following is a provisional list of speakers. However, this is subject to change and is not necessarily the final order of presentations.
