Mental Health Awareness

The Food Standards Agency Health and Wellbeing Team have been keen to establish support for staff for some of the less obvious health conditions that can affect colleagues. One area that has been looked at to offer support, is Mental Health. This has become increasingly important due to the stressful environment many of us work in, and the effect this can have on our day to day lives.

Darren Pickering, North East Divisional Secretary has compiled the following list of websites where help can be found. Please share this information with your colleagues, as you never know when it could be useful.
