Mental Health Awareness

The Food Standards Agency Health and Wellbeing Team have been keen to establish support for staff for some of the less obvious health conditions that can affect colleagues. One area that has been looked at to offer support, is Mental Health. This has become increasingly important due to the stressful environment many of us work in, and the effect this can have on our day to day lives.
